Your people are too pushy with extra services
I would like to see billing done like it was before, where I paid after I received my EOB from my insurance company. On my last visit, I paid at the counter and was told that if my insurance paid more than expected, that Sandoval would automatically send me a refund. Not only was this not done automatically, I had to call back twice to get the money that I was over charged for.

Maybe if you knocked me out during my next cleaning, I would be more comfortable since I'm a coward for pain...LOL. This office is the most professional, capable and friendly dental office I have ever experienced. Kudos on an excellent job.

Since having my new insurance, my "Forward Dental" experience has not been great and I have been avoiding dentists all together. I decided to give Sandoval Dental a try and I'm so glad I did. They are WONDERFUL! Thank you!
My son and I had our appointments at the same time with Tonia and Tina, both were wonderful. Ayden and I are both wimps, and Tonia and Tina made our appts. much less stressful. We re-booked with both of them for six months from now.
Tonya is a great hygenist.
