Rude...Rude...Rude – I stopped in to have an appraisal done on my engagement ring. I asked the guy if it was necessary to have and second opinion. Then, he asked who appraised it first. I told him Sylvan's...where my fiance bought the ring. I guess that struck a nerve because then he went on to tell me how we must have paid too much because Sylvan's is the most expensive jeweler in town. Wow, these folks have a attitude! – I mentioned something I saw in another store, you would have thought I made a terrible comment about their family or something very personal. They started throwing aweful comments about the other store and products they carry which happen to be some very fine brands. These guys have a problem!
Excellent quality. They do their own designs for engagement settings and they are more beautiful and less costly than nationally known designers. Customer service was the best I have ever had.
