I'm here to thank Kristy, once again! It's been 5 months since we purchased my 88 yr old Grandmother's hearing aids at Sandia. I don't live in Farmington (I live in Calif) & pretty sure Gma hadn't been wearing them - on a lark, we stopped by on lunch hour and lucked out that Kristy was there just finishing her lunch. Sat w/ Grams & tried to explain the importance of wearing them consistently, tested them, and changed the wax guard for us. All without an appointment. We are taking a trip and OH NO! Had to send in an aid. They were faster then we ever expected. Company got it out and back and worked us in early. Great to work with
