I would like to thank Sanders Ford for trying to scam my wife out of 800 dollars while I am away. She took our 2011 Edge in to have the window fixed and was told about 800 dollars in total for a new window and labor. She was told that the tabs off of the window were broken and needed a new one . Not the chase at all. My father in law took the door apart and just needed to be put on track and glued. The window was not broken at all. This just confirms my doubts about this place. Dealt with Patrick and had a easy transition into a 2010 F-250! He never pushed me to buy and kept asking me what he could do for me. All the sales managers that I spoke to were very friendly and never pushy! Would recommend buying from them!
After my experience today I am not sure if I will be coming back to sanders ford. I made an appointment online for 10AM a week ago for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked my truck in at 955 this morning. I could tell they were busy but I was told it would take around an hour. I decided to wait in the lounge. After waiting over an hour I was told my truck would be finished soon and they are sorry for the wait. My truck was finished at 1215. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra Sport from Greg Dawson at the Swansboro location and could have not been happier! It was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Mr. Dawson was very knowledgeable and not pushy. The Finance Officer was also very knowledgeable and so helpful! I would recommend Greg Dawson at Sanders Ford in Swansboro very highly. Well worth the drive.
