If I had an option of less than 1 star, I would choose it. WARNING: This business has no integrity and takes advantage of unsuspecting customers. They went $1,000 over their "highest estimate" after beginning the work. The service department manager tried to put this off on one of his employees and still did nothing to make it right. If this is how Ford allows their stealerships to conduct business, they don't deserve to be in business.
We spent the afternoon with the Sanders Family, everyone was friendly and eager to help! Special thanks to Bob Pachella and Johnny Hulse, the ultimate tag team. I had an amazing experience at Sanders Ford. Every single person I spoke with was positive, happy and helpful. The owner went out of his way to meet with me and chat. I was the lucky recipient of a Ford Focus giveaway. Sanders Ford generously donated a new vehicle to be raffled off by local non-profit organizations.
