The service department needs to learn how to treat people when they are the ones who made the mistake. Unfortunately we have to deal with email beca6of the "free tires for life " contract on both our vehicles
I'll finish putting my truck back together, and I'll go back and drain the brake fluid that was overfilled. I'll go back through the truck and fix everything that wasn't installed correctly. We where traveling to Myrtle Beach from the outer banks. When the navigation system went down. We call the closest dealership. They said they where closing and could not get to us until the morning. We stopped at Sanders Ford inc. and with in minutes they where working on the car and had it fixed. The staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Paul in the service department was great. He new what to do the minute we told him what happened. We would do business with this dealership if we lived closer.
I pick up my ultimate truck, thanks to Micheal Allen. I love my new truck.

You should be ashamed of yourselves the way you run this business!! Be forewarned they will do repairs without your consent, charge you thousands of dollars, and not take any responsibility. My friend is out of a paycheck for repairs she didn't authorize at this dealership. Bunch of crooks!! Run from this service department!! She was railroaded from the bottom up to the General Manager. You will not get a fair deal here. I will never buy from here and I will make sure no one else I know does either! Horrible!!
Bought a F 150 Friday. Johnny Hulse was great in and out paper work complete driving off in 2 hours. Great job Johnny and great job Ford!!
