Sanders Ford has some of the most friendly employees that are helpful in every department. This place has the best customer service in this area. It's great not having to travel far to g st service of this level.
Just purchased a vehicle from Sanders Ford and have to say it was the best vehicle buying experience we've had. Randy Prater and Jonathan "JB" Bryant were very helpful and worked in every way to answer any questions and to accommodate our schedule. Living over an hour away they made it easy. Very impressed and will definitely be back.

AMAZING service team in Swansboro. My last service was fantastic and I felt secure knowing that my vehicle was in good hands. Each time I arrive at the service garage door, I am greeted by a friendly employee that prepares my vehicle for service(places protective cover over my seats and floor). This is the worst place ever!! I've been here twice for a simple oil change and both times I've waited 3+ hours. I make an appointment for a reason. Not to sit and wait for them to do it when it's convenient for them. Will never come back.
I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruz for our daughter on Tuesday and on Thursday the check engine light came on and back to the dealership we went. Was told it was probably just a loose gas cap and code was cleared. The light came on again 2 days later and we returned again to Sanders. We received wonderful customer service through Mykola and the issue was fixed. This is what good customer service looks like and how to retain returning customers.
