This building should be deemed uninhabitable. The pool is never open. It's been closed for two years but nobody bothers to clean it. When it rains the parking lot becomes filled with water as if IT were the swimming pool. There are leaks in the building that rain down on people in other apartments. The garbage area is disgusting.
