Dr. Bannit is a supervisor physician. Not so for his support staff. I have had problems with them from day one. The medical assistants and nurses employed at Meridian Park offices are AWFUL. I have read that many other people have had similar experiences with that office.THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS.. His office was supposed to contact another physician 's office, and this ME told me in a very rude manner that she refused to call, whereupon I cursed her and hung up. Dr. Lewis listens carefully and responds to all my questions. She tells me like it is which I deeply appreciate. She is an extremely well regarded professional who is down to earth and very approachable.
Dr was Very personable, kind, thorough with the questions. Also Making appt with his staff Becky, she went above and beyond to get me an appointment, answered my questions. Their kindness was very sincere and genuine, not forced. Great pt care and representation of the Oregon Clinic (first timer)
During my Urolift procedure doctor Marr kept angrily insisting i suck harder on the NOZ which was meant to lessen the pain. Instead all it did was make it harder and harder to breathe plus the pain was almost unbearable. I have a high pain tolerance and have never experienced anything like this and i’ve had many surgeries over my 62 years. Demeanor over a couple of visits seemed skeptical and rushed. Final straw was no show at checkup without any notice. They kept me waiting in lobby for 20 minutes before telling me she had left the building. When they reached her she tried to have me see an NP to discuss sensitive issue. Follow up apolgy call resulted in a recommendation for surgery without examining me.

Dr. Ilias-Khan is easily among the best, if not the best physician I have ever been lucky enough to have. Very friendly and obviously cares about you and your well being. She takes the time to discuss things with you, giving you the best information but also wanting your opinion and input and works with you instead of simply telling you “do this”. I could not recommend her more and feel very fortunate to be her patient.
