Dr. Garg is very compassionate and very Competent and very Trustworthy. Dr. Garg listens very well to any questions or concerns. Communicates in language understandable and I Highly recommend Dr. Garg. A doctor with a very welcoming smile . A great problem solver too. Dr. Garg makes one realize that your heart health outcomes are very much an outcome of decisions one makes in regards to eating and exercise. I am transitioning from what I thought was a healthy diet ( lean chicken, fish, etc ) to a plant based food.
I recently had a 3 day stay at Meridian Park hospital cardiac unit for a minor issue. Dr Garg personally took time out of his busy day to check on me and answer any questions I had. He was very caring and very thorough in his care. I would very much recommend him as a cardiologist.
Very comfortable
Dr. Garg is an excellent cardiologist by both reputation in the medical community and by personal experience. I absolutely trust him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Garg's for about 5 years and feel his suggestion I read "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" is the major reason (Other than his care) that I am still on the planet. I was 100% vegan for four years, the first one conforming to the instructions in the book. Must have been effective, it is really too bad that most people will not make the effort.
I first met Dr. Garg through a medical emergency requiring a pacemaker. He put all plans aside, including his daughters birthday party, to immediately take care of my problem. I'm still here and doing well, with annual follow ups. I feel he is a very accomplished cardiologist.
Dr. Garg is a straight shooter and explains things fully.
Had a nuclear stress test 4/5 - finally got through to someone in the office today 5/1 since I had not received any results - good or bad. Evidently, they assume that if you don't hear from them everything is fine. No news is good news. I don't subscribe to that philosophy, especially when it comes to my health. Would not recommend.
Business response:
We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your test results in a timely manner. We know testing can be stressful and waiting for results adds to that stress. If you would like to speak with the Director of Operations about your experience, we are here to listen. Please call (503) 692-0405 at your convenience.
I really like his frank discussions and his willingness to take the time to help me understand the pros and cons of doing certain medicines and procedures. He is someone that really cares for my health.
