Finding a good property management company is not easy. Overall I’m very happy to have our HOA handled by Sandcastle. They aren’t perfect but the staff really tries very hard to meet our needs. For example at 10:00 PM our property manager, Colleen Linzy, is answering email sent today!
Matt is a nice guy but by far the worsed property management in town (I deal with HOA's regularly for the last 20 years) Does nothing, ran our community into the ground, we now have large dogs all over, mechanic shops, 2 dead bodies in last 30 days, no irrigation service, no mulch, we have lawn care now after 6 months of not having it, trees not trimmed, literally not sure what is going on with all our money...... Called today on a removal of abandoned car and he was right on it!
They are slow to respond. And They are not a good management company for a condo association they barely show up they give no notices when work is being done ( 12 hours is not a proper notice it Has's to be 24 hours plus )they don’t return phone calls until a week later after you call and email five times They can’t give out information they don’t give out information because They don’t know what’s going on in the communities they serve
Excellent company to work with at an affordable price! The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and prompt with assistance. They provide great customer service as well as advice. If you are looking for a management company, I highly recommend them.
