We left our car at the dealership on Monday and said the part would be here Wednesday and would have it ready sometime Wednesday morning. They didn’t call and let me know what was going on. I called several times and the receptionist said she didn’t know what was going on and we couldn’t reach the service person. I continued to call just trying to get an update. Everyone is great there! We’ve been going there for about 5 years now. Chris sold us our car three years ago and I make appts with Matt when it’s time for an oil change. We’ve been happy with sand mountain Toyota!
