I went to SMT due to an unusual sound in my car. Upon arrival, I was greeted by someone before I even got out of my car. Trent, service department was very helpful and made it possible for my car to be serviced that afternoon. Amy was very helpful by providing a car for me to use while mine was being serviced. I would definitely recommend Sand Mountain Toyota. Customer service was excellent. They even washed and vacuumed my car.
