Faith, the Leasing Agent, was very helpful and courteous. She answered all our questions. Took the time to explain how to do the application process online. I would now rate this property a 3.5. It has been a year. I will list pros and cons. Pros: Square footage for the cost of rent, very good. The property offers different floor plans. Cons: My personal experience with move in: To my standards, the apartment was not cleaned well prior to move in. The dishwasher had a lot of mold inside. If i can give it a 0 i could , this place charge you even if you breathe alot...Not Kidding...only had 2 months left to pay we broke contract because we bought a house told us not to worry that it will be ok and now they even want to charge more than 9 thousand dollars for 2 freaking months ... i do not recommend, ITS BETTER TO RENT A HOUSE FOR THAT PRICE No se lo Recomiendo...Mejor alquilen una Casa salen mejor
