Faith, the Leasing Agent, was very helpful and courteous. She answered all our questions. Took the time to explain how to do the application process online. I would now rate this property a 3.5. It has been a year. I will list pros and cons. Pros: Square footage for the cost of rent, very good. The property offers different floor plans. If i can give it a 0 i could , this place charge you even if you breathe alot...Not Kidding...only had 2 months left to pay we broke contract because we bought a house told us not to worry that it will be ok and now they even want to charge more than 9 thousand dollars for 2 freaking months ... i do not recommend, ITS BETTER TO RENT A HOUSE FOR THAT PRICE No se lo Recomiendo...Mejor alquilen una Casa salen mejor

They had my review taken down by Google because I posted a pic of the managers car. She has a big sticker on her car saying “big booty club” or something professional like that. She also lives there and keeps her dog in a cage all day and he barks nonstop. Tried to pull the carpet thing with me too, it’s the lowest quality carpet I’ve ever even seen, and they charged me “pet damage “ to the carpet when I had a house trained golden retriever.
