This was my first time entering any sort of mental health facility and I had an incredible experience. There is always access to food and drinks, there are plenty of ways to stay occupied, and for the most part the clients get along. If that’s not the case, the staff do everything in their power to fix the situation. All the techs are incredibly nice. The staff & place is amazing & warm! I truly feel like I’ve had a piece of heaven during my stay here. They’re not only caring & interested in our health in every way but they are very family oriented & I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Amer, Chloe, the Katelyn’s, Angie, all the staff are truly special.
I had a really great therapist but when there was arguments among peers when there was a full house but they made sure to take care of the bad apples and it was very peaceful and had fun in the process. I would recommend anyone with mental illnesses to go here?and the two that helped the most was Amer and the therapist, Sophia, one of the best two employees here.
all i can say about sanctuary residential is that I was given the best care and appreciation being here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional. Amer especially has been there for me like a big brother and I would definitely recommend for anyone who is struggling to come to sanctuary.
I personally had a not so good experience. I did not feel heard or listened to, and I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t have gotten another therapist due to the fact that I was not connecting or that I felt comfortable talking to a certain therapist named Ruth, i felt like I was overlooked not being heard, but there is somewhat really good stuff there the only thing I don’t really like there is the therapy.
