There issues poor management kid napping fires inside and out unsafe to live
Total lack of organization and lack of ownership. I stayed at the views for just under a year and always paid rent on time. I submitted a check for my final month's rent and received an eviction notice a few days later. The manager cleared it up after a few days but there was no apology or sense of accountability. Since I left I received confirmation via mail that there was now outstanding balance. However, recently received an email that I had a $14 balance that would be sent to collections in 5 days. RecommendedWe moved here a month ago and love living here. The Altis Sand Lake team is amazing! Henry takes such good care of us in the main office. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. They have fixed some things to make living here so enjoyable. The amenities are a nice bonus too. The Apartment Life team puts on some really fun events. Waffle Saturday, Wine down Wednesday, Movie Nights....they are all so much fun and top notch. The events give a true sense of community and are always so welcoming. You won't be disappointed!

The parking is terrible. The pool is too hot in the summer and the hot tub is too cold. There are several hidden fees that make the rent almost in the same price range as other places. The apartment themselves are very nice, clean, new and we love the physical location even though the highway is noisy.
