The nephrology department has a terrible and inefficient scheduling crew. My appointment schedule was changed without my knowledge to a time I was unavailable, then I was told to come in on a different day and then wasn't on the schedule at all when I got to the doctor's office. I still haven't been able to see the Dr. Please hire more capable receptionist for scheduling.
