I just want to say thank you to everyone at San Tan Nails shop, you all did such an amazing job making me feel safe I’ve been a long-time customer and there was no way I was not going to not come in and get my nails done but when I got there , everything was clean as always but you had hand sanitizer and my nail technician Nick wore a high-grade mask and gave me hand sanitizer , That was right after he washed his hands and I washed mine and everyone there made me feel so comfortable. I saw Ann for SNS/dip nails and it is the best I’ve ever had done! She was extremely friendly as well. Beautiful salon. Highly recommend Ann!
I moved to Mesa in March and had a very difficult time finding a good nail salon. On a recommendation from a co worker, I made an appointment. This was the 7th nail salon I had been to in 6 months and it is the only salon I will use from now on. Sam has always done a fantastic job on my nails. Every time I go in, I have a picture of what I want and every time they are fantastic. Today I went in with a specific Christmas themed nail design and between Sam and Daisy they did not disappoint. Terrible service!!!!! I showed the tech the picture I wanted. He made my nails look so bad! Emailed the manager. Came back in for them to be redone and the tech did not do what I asked! Plus it took 2 hrs!!!! After I was done I went across the street to a different salon and they fixed my nails!!! I will never be back again. First pic is what I wanted. The next 2 is what they did and the last was the 2 salon.
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always such a pleasant experience. The nail techs are gentle and know what they’re doing. The new remodel looks beautiful!
