I visited this salon for the second time because I had a great experience the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I was trying to find the same pale pink color I had received on my previous visit, and the young man at the front counter was not helpful. When I explained that the color he selected wasn’t the right one, he responded, “Well, you didn’t like the other one that I found you either,” in a way that felt rude and dismissive. I took my daughter here because she wanted her nails done for her birthday. The staff was nice and receptive and she really liked how her nails turned out.
I have been to this salon many times and always receive great service. I called to schedule a pedicure with a friend and they got us in within and hour. We were able to sit by each other and visit. The service was great. We were both able to get a manicure at same time as pedicure which saved us both a lot of time.
