I love my apartment and going on 4 years for my family. . THING HAVE GOTTEN BETTER
I would rate 0 if I could. My Mom lived there for 4yrs sadly. Her apartment got broken into, her car got broken into, the neighbors car and apartment got broken into. They stole the neighbors tires from the car. My Mom would go to work at 5am, every time I would give her a ride you will see cars with broken Windows all doors open, missing tires. Not a safe apartment complex even though they had "security" NEVER THERE! also infested with scorpions and cockroaches and I'm guessing also bed bugs cause ALOTTTTT OF FURNITURE IN D... read more
Aggressive dogs out everywhere that run Free from large to small, gang territory, cops there every night because lack of parenting, dog poop everywhere, anything breaks takes forever to fix, section 8, bad groups of people who lack morals and respect. Managers don't do anything, drugs everywhere, loud music......etc
maintenance called back finally and they told me they still couldn't come out for another few hours. Uhh hello my apartment is flooded and I do understand its early as crap but I need a watervac or something, asap trying to be cool and get this water up and not let it sit.... Wish they where faster
When something goes out it gets fixed quickly and they are nicely
