Great staff that makes living at San Martin home. David, Edith and Stacy have been beyond helpful while a resident at San Martin. They are always happy to assist and resolve issue the best they could.
It's piss poor management your refrigerator has ben bad for the first 4 month's you have ben there and you put in a work order continuously they will not let you put your own appliances in it's fixed four months later You tell them you need a reinburstment they act like there's nothing you can do about it, and at the same it seems like they probably just stuck the money in their pockets, pretty hi rent to put up with bullshit like that, well my family has one for them to as soon as we get are taxes were out of there, and FUC... read more
San Martin Apartments used to be an excellent place to live. I have been on property for going on five years. The past two years, the property management has cared little about the residents that live here. For over 11 months, I fought with the management about black mold, a leaking ceiling in my bathroom, a washer and dryer that was malfunctioning, bed bugs, scorpions, etc....amongst other maintenance issues all the while trying to maintain the safety for my special needs ch...Continue Reading
I've lived here a little over a year now and I have really nothing negative to say it's a very friendly environment the staff is awesome I've never really had any problems with them every time I need something they help me out as best as they can and I think that's very important that they care for their residents, I'm happy where I am at now and I would t change it for now! Great job SAN Martin staff you guys are great!!!
