I have never been treated well here. They always just assume that I am a psych patient due to their own biases rather than assessing the situation and trying to find solutions. I have actually never been treated as a human being here and would rather die of an emergency than trust being treated at this ER. I have been an EMT, I went to nursing school for years, I come from BOSTON, best Healthcare in the nation, and I am appalled at this hospital entirely. Barely lived here 2 weeks and already having to sue this place for malpractice that's crazy. I wouldn't come here if I were you especially if you value your life.
We moved out here for a better life and the first year we were here, we were in such a toxic environment that we all got sick. My husband had an "almost rare reaction" to having a blood infection in the form of anger and rage. We were married 5 years at this point and he had NEVER acted aggressive like that EVER. He visited this hospital ER 3 times to see what was wrong and they just kept on referring him to psychiatric care. On a family vacation and my son became quite ill. I read the reviews and was nervous but also short on options. The negative reviews did not reflect the experience we had. People were attentive and kind. Our RN, Jaime, was so professional, friendly, and responsive. My son was nervous but he was calmed down by the thorough answers to his numerous questions. This place is horrible only because it's the closest ER I go I went in so they could help me with the pain in my back they had me sat down in a small room inside the ER while there were empty beds all over the place I went in and came out with a worse pain the limp in my leg got worst the nurse that I got it seemed she was annoyed being my nurse only because I asked for help I need to go there I go if not I would go some else
