I called lil over a week ago because with the insurance I have they assigned me this place. I make an appointment and I told them what insurance I had and they said ok and made my appointment. I'm assuming of they didn't take my insurance they would of told me so. So day of my appointment I walk in lady asks me if I have insurance I said yes gave her my card just to find out they don't even take my insurance and I wasn't gonna pay outta pocket to see the Dr knowing I have insurance. I went there, as a walk in , I had an ear ache and it was clogged, when the doctor examined me he said I had a lot of wax and that was the reason that was clogged and it was hurting me , he said that a nurse was going to come and wash out the wax , the nurse was putting so much pressure with water to rinse the wax out ,, I was in pain , water came out of my nose and mouth, ,, when I left , later that evening I was in worst pain , I ended up at the ER , where the Doctor said I have a tear in my ear drum ,, I’m thinking this n... read more
The doctor is so mean. Came in, didn’t know my social (but had my medical) and he said we can’t help you if you don’t have a social . I AM A US CITIZEN. The lab work was $400 for him Not to even call me to tell me what’s wrong with me. “We won’t call if you’re ok” so dumb.
