Took the 5 hr. CPR and First aid class and it went by pretty quick. Our instructor Bianca was amazing and made the class lots of fun, she had us laughing the whole time. I will definitely be returning here for my renewal!!!
Variety of days and times available to easily work with anyone's schedule. Instructor was awesome made the class very pleasant. Would definitely use these guys again to re-certify
Class was great and instructor as well, the only thing is we didn't use the book once. I actually had a book that I got in the mail for free and forgot it at home the day I was going to take my class. When I got there I had to re-schedule for the following week. This time I had my book and we didn't use it?

Hi.. I attended CPR class in San Jose. Both of my instructor were great. Very clear with their instructions and tried to make the class very interactive and interesting by giving us a real life scenes. Bianca was very clear and confident.
Michael was a good teacher he explain the information to the class so every one understand. The class was friendly plus working together was easy. I was there for the BLS training. Yes, I will tell other who need to get training to use this company.
It was a great learning experience my instructor Tyler made the class much easier to follow with great energy as we did all the hands on training with new information that was updated since my last CPR class
I had a great experience with the class and with Wendy as our instructor. She spoke in a clear voice, loud enough for us all to hear. She mixed a little humor into the important instruction she presented. I feel confident with the practical instruction that I would know what to do. The rest (staying calm & not freaking out) is on me. I can see where it will be helpful to review/practice on my own to reinforce what I learned. Well worth the time & money.
Bianca is a very effective teacher. Kept the class active to participate, and clears everything as needed. I highly recommend taking BLS class from this location. You'll learn a lot!
