I really enjoy the SJ CPR class. The instructor is very friendly and knowledgable. The environment is very clean, organize, and comfortable. Verbal and vedio teaching is clear and easy to understand. Lots of classroom interactions, practice and room for asking questions. I will highly recommend to my friends.

I've been taking CPR and first aid classes just over 20 years. I'm an arborist a.k.a. tree guy . I've had many instructors my instructor at this particular time on a Sunday in December 2016 was exceptional easy to follow instructions . our instructor's name was Michael , hey young EMT , I shared some stories of real life situations that I've been in he was happy to know that I will be coming next year and hopefully he will be in my instructor again.
I took the 3 hr renewal course in San Jose yesterday. The instructor was very organized and personable. She knew the course well and kept the class moving. I felt I got good training in a reasonable amount of time. I plan to renew here next time and recommend it to anyone who needs a BLS class.
I had a great experience to this class. Wendy is very jolly and we have so much fun with her class. Overall, excellent class.
I attended the CPR/AED class in San Jose. Very great experience. Tina, the instructor was awesome. Will return in 2 years.
