Bianca provided information in a meaningful, easy to understand, and entertaining way. The three hour long session went by very quickly, I aced the exam, and was able to get on with my day!

However, the containt of the certification was riche and interesting. It was not very friendly. The teacher had many things to do before the beginning of the session. We stayed in a big silence for about 20 mn . The same for the pause. I would love to know what were the questions where I did wrong and the good answers.
