Outlets didn’t work, handicapped facilities inept, phone messed up, didn’t deliver type of room desired.
Pool was "out of order for maintenance. " Breakfast was sparce, instant oatmeal, muffins. No cereal or milk. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The views are incredible with great lighting and a clear view to all the events going on at the SF MOMA.
The hotel was renovated in 2019, the service has been perfect post pandemic. The M Club is closed until July but that is subject to change. The View should be opened by June.

Clean hotel in a very convenient location. It’s basically in the parking lot of the mall. Friendly staff.
