Terrible staff, rude people, dirty lobby and worst towels I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Love the place, sign for BONVOY marriot, you will get less rate on the rooms as a member.
The “free” beach chairs (your resort fee covers the cost) are actually $5 camping chairs and completely inappropriate for the beach. Also, no umbrellas at all. Why even offer this?!
Location is great for Penn and Drexel, but the place is really showing its age. Hopefully they can freshen it up sometime soon.

The views are amazing and the staff is the best I have ever experienced.
Atrium is a great spot to get work done or have a video call.
Great view, room never got below 75 even with curtains closed and AC on lowest setting. Engineering looked, but the unit is underpowered for the space. I’ll stay elsewhere on my next visit.
The Holiday Inn next door is much, much nicer, cleaner & organized.
