The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable and make sure all of your questions are answered. They are considerate of your comfort and privacy and make what can be a scary procedure much easier. I don’t remember all of my teams’ names but from my wonderful intake RN (who places a painless IV by the way) to my thoughtful IR tech and well trained doctor who placed my port this team was excellent in every way. Congrats on having a team that greatly exceeded my expectations.
Today morning I went there and I got there earlier than my appointment and the staff were very helpful and did the paperwork very fast and explained me the procedure and during MRI she was asking me if I was ok and she was continuing again and I did not have any stress.

Professional, caring, kind, and courteous staff - from the front desk staff to the nurses, X-ray technician to the Doctor. The whole place at the Ventura address understands the importance of customer service. Our experience (a biopsy) was made pleasant by the staff involved. Thank you.
