Although my reason for being there was not pleasant my experience was made as pleasant as it could be. The doctor and technician were informative , Kim and as gentle as possible
Went to Encino location for an MRI. It is efficient, has convenient parking, clean facility and they were on time.
I went in for a thyroid biopsy and I was so nervous but The entire staff was so nice, and once in, Ed was really reassuring and the Dr was great.
Excellent experience. Jessica was very professional, answered all my questions and was very patient.
