Sergio helped us find the tile we needed to match our old current tile. He obtained multiple samples until the correct one was found. He was patient, responsive, pleasant and resourceful! It was great to work with him. Thank you!
I'm not inclined to use this business as there is no way I can trust their aesthetical recommendations. Particularly, I find it tragic that they painted the gorgeous natural rock façade a hideous black - an irreversible tarnish on an otherwise beautiful mid century modern building. It's a rampant trend I've seen around the city lately, where wonderful modern architecture is being gutted or covered for a dull conversion to contemporary architecture. Been shopping here for 25 years, they have great service great staff and have always been accommodating in every way possible
I've used this company twice now for different remodels. Lisa helped me. She was so helpful, responsive and patient, and ultimately helped me make decisions based on what I wanted. They have an incredible selection and we've been able get the ordered tile really quickly. I visited so many tile places and still I come back here. They are really the best and I highly recommend them.
