Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Joe. My husband met him in person to do some tile shopping. He was super knowledgeable and patient with all our request. Since we don’t live in San Diego, Joe even shipped us samples of tiles because I wasn’t able to be there at the showroom. I’ll admit he’s a bit difficult to get a hold of, but if you’re with him in person, he will 100% take care of you. I’ve been working with him via phone, and he goes above and beyond us out.
