I recently had a home inspection done by San Diego Home Inspection, recommended by two brokers. The inspector is Andy, and I was very impressed by his great work. He was easy to schedule, arrived on time, and were incredibly thorough in his examination of the house. He spent about 2 hours testing everything. Joe is the best in the biz. Came out to our mills act historic home and gave us a very detailed and honest inspection. He later followed up via phone call to advise on the relational side of things to navigate the purchase as well as recommend trusted experts in the area for other foundational work. He’s the best!

Recently had Joe help us with our home inspection. He was phenomenal! He explained everything and made sure he went over things that were out of his scope due to liability reasons (totally understandable). He went above & beyond to make sure I understood it all even though I have some property knowledge. The report was through and had lots of photos.
