Joe came out and inspected the property. He was attentive and thoughtful as we discussed the house. He then proceeded to exceed our expectations on everything he did as he went through the process. Other inspections we had done didn't check slab level, nor provide as much detail on the roof as Joe did. Fair price, great service, and a timely return of the report. Joe and his team did a great job for our home inspection. We needed a tight turnaround, and he was able to come out on Monday when we contacted him on a weekend.
