Joe’s attention to detail and customer service help us feel confident in making our home purchase. He inspected the interior and exterior, while Ryan did a sewer scope on the house. Additionally, Joe answered our questions about the house after the inspection.

Joe & Riley were awesome! Super helpful to have as an advisor in our first home purchase and able to recommend the necessary specialists to help evaluate specific problems that were found at the property (termites, electrical, plumbing).
