We purchased our new garage door in March of 2016. It wasn't until last month we had a first issue. I took of picture of the issue and emailed the picture and a copy of our invoice on a Sat evening. I received a response back on Monday. I don't recall all the people I worked with, but everyone at SD Door Pros was very helpful and very accommodating.
