Mean people – This company has moved locations by the way, not at State St. anymore. They decided to let the tenants knows 3 days before rent was due and then charge $50 when the rent check did not show up on time. They do not take care of their properties, do not respond to maintenance calls. My dishwasher exploded, leaking into my downstairs neighbors house and it was almost a month before anyone came out to fix it.
