San Diego Bath Fan replaced the original (1958) fans in our master and guest bathrooms. Our old fans recirculated the air after passing over a heating coil... which didn't do anything to eject the steam from the room. Even with the window open in our master bathroom we still had wet walls hours after showering. SD Bath Fan installed a 190 cfm Panasonic in our guest bath and an "in-line" FanTech unit in the master with two exhaust inlets (one over a low-ceiling in the shower, the other over the toilet). What a huge difference a really good bathroom fan can make! We had San Diego Bath Fan install four bathroom fans in our home. Three are located inside the showers and the other is in the bathroom ceiling. The ones in the showers have a light as well. No more mold. No more damp ceilings. No more peeling paint. Our home was built in 1919 with only windows for ventilation, so it was no easy task to cut through tile or match the ceiling texture. SD Bath Fan did an outstanding job. We own a 1957 Home in the East County and one of the first upgrades we did was getting proper ventilation in the Master and Guest bathrooms. They are whisper quiet and really help keep the moisture down when showering especially in the winter when the mirrors used to fog up and the walls would be literally dripping with condensation. A+ job

We had SD Bathroom Fan installed three fans for the bathrooms. All three bathrooms had different requirements and they provided the best solution each. Specifically the half bath downstairs required installation of ducting in the ceiling with exhaust ventilation hood on the exterior wall. The wife was worried about cutting drywall and exterior stucco for the installation and how it would look when done.
