We made an appointment for my dog to be spayed here for today , August 11th, 2019 at 10:30 am at the Escondido location and no one showed up. All of the doors are locked and there is also no one answering the phone. The website says it's open today 10-4. I was not the only one who made the appointment for today though, there was another woman there with her pet to have him neutered because they had an appointment scheduled for same day and same time. They did a spay on family cat. Only took about 8 hours from time of dropoff to pick her up. That’s my only complaint. They were busy. I felt as my apt I previously made with them would have held true and the 4-6 hour wait time would have been ok. But, 8 hours later lol anyways.. thanks and better than 250-300$+ at my local Vet
Great service, reasonably priced and my puppy has healed wonderfully with their help and concern. Recommended �
