There phone system doesn't work per staff and it sucks. Their words. They do not know when people are on hold, they will not respond to your emails even though you are told to email with concerns and they will respond within 24hrs. My cat is now fighting for life because of this place. Please stay far away If you value your pets life.
RecommendedDropped off Buddy at 8:15am to get neuter and after 6hours as they promised I got a call that he was ready for pick up. The procedure was done professionally and very glad my Buddy was in great hands.
I was told my 5 yr old Boston Terrier was required to have bloodwork prior to the procedure because he was considered elderly. The procedure would need to be scheduled on 2 separate days. On the scheduled day for the blood work I was told that they would be handling everything all on the same day and they would contact me in 4-8 hours for pickup. 2 weeks later I contacted them requesting the results of the bloodwork and was told by Amber that they were busy and she would contact me between 1-2 pm. I am just shocked at how much worse of an experience I could have had at this clinic. I took my kitten in to get neutered on Sept. 2, I was aware that he had an undescended testicle and that the cost of that surgery would be an additional $75-$150 depending on the location of the testicle. I dropped my kitten off at my appointment time at 9am, and received a call 6.5 hours later from a woman who let me know that they were just now in surgery(neutering should take only 30 mins) so they were sitting in their cages for 6.5 hour... read more
I was not only able to schedule my appointment super fast, it exceeded my expectations in affordability. The location is super convenient and local. The nice ladies checking in didn't try to up-sell or force me into purchasing anything more than necessary. I was nervous about doing this rather than a normal vet, but decided for the price I would do it. I'm so happy I did! My Charlie was well cared for and is happy and healthy. I recommend this place to anybody that is looking for an affordable and clean place! I had the most amazing experience at their Escondido location. My fur baby and I were both very nervous & scared before having her spayed but all the staff were extremely attentive and explained the process in the best way possible. Super happy with their service and definitely recommend!
