Is this how soldiers should be really treated after coming home from overseas
I had a great experience we checked in with out any trouble. Our plane took a little bit more time to unload passengers. But we still flew out in time.
I just want to say we had an overall good experience. TSA had zero personality and were somewhat short, but everyone has a job to do and theirs is not customer service. They weren't rude and the lines were short. our airline was late boarding as the olane was late arriving to the yermial. Overall good experience, thank you San Antonio.
My wife took our blind friend to this airport and instead of offering her transportation to the gate they told my wife to escort her... Now she wasn't prepared to do this and had a small pocket knife in her purse,that I gave her as a gift, and TSA took it which was expected, but when she returned they told her that they disposed of it... I understand safety and wish all safe travels, but if you're not going to be helpful to disabled people you should at least not punish those who are trying to help. Very disappointed

This is a great airport. Easy Departure and drop off. The picking up of a passenger in the arrival area is a bit congested, but they have police to direct traffic and that helps. New parking garage should be available by Fall.
Nice people quick and fast even tho it was a rain delay the people was prep and ready and i had a stand by ticket but still got on the plain loved the service no complaints here
The new parking garage is great. We need some restaurants outside of the security area.
My time in this airport is already unpleasant and now they won't even allow chick fil a. DEFINITELY not one of my recommended airports
