You want everyone to be welcome, but shun a business know for it’s good treatment of all people regardless of their race, sex, gender or sexual orientation. Smooth arrival yesterday morning the 18th of May. Not much activity at the airport at 7:30 in the morning. Quickly got through TSA pre-check again to my gate for SEA flight. Enough time for coffee and some yoghurt.
American soldiers returning home were deemed a "security risk" and not allowed in the airport. They were given a concrete hangar floor to sleep on. As an American, I am ashamed of this treatment of our soldiers.
I flew into and out of SAT numerous times during the 90's and early 2000's I will always cherish SAT . I always love the Christmas lights on the control tower during Christmas.
Everything went smooth ... Great Service! The most friendliest airport I've ever been to.
TSA staff are rude and appear lazy leaning against walls and staring off into space. I asked a TSA staff member which way to go, she did not answer or look at me just waved her arm in disgust at the direction I needed to travel in. I told her she needed to work on verbalizing and eye contact - I did not wait for a reaction or response. Needless to say this is what I remember when I think of this airport.
Terrible experience at airport, rude tsa, and American airlines staff were very rude and unhelpful. Hopefully i wont have to go through there again, and most certainly wont use American airline again!
Small & easy to maneuver Has good coffee & lunch places
Chick-fil-A is good chicken and you people are morons for not letting them in your airport.
