Very clean, good service, employees there are polite. They communicate well to passengers. It's a busy airport for me, specially on weekends & during holidays.
Didn't put my snowboard on the plane and had to wait 3 hours for it to arrive
No Chick-fil-A which is a disturbing decision by the city council.

My Experience with San Antonio airport was great.....
Everyone is allowed except a Christian business apparently which in turn tells the people that they themselves aren't welcomed if they are Christian. If you want to ban Chick-fil-A because of their beliefs not because anything they have done wrong then you are worse than what you claim them to be! If everyone is allowed and everyone should feel welcomed then that should actually include everyone!
Because you wear a badge does not give you the right to be rude and disrespectful to customers. The United Airline lady needs to take a class on how to treat people. I appreciate and I am thankful for the security measures they take and I understand why they do it, however, you can do your job without being rude and disrespectful to people. I flew on 02/09/19 and I cannot believe they allow their employees to talk to customers like she did. When I say "rude" I am being way too kind.
any place that bans Chic-fil-a gets a no for me. suck it San Antonio
First time flyer, all the SA staff were pleasant. I had no issues with them..
