Not a large airport, easy to find your way around.
Please don't forget about the 95.5% of the population that does NOT identify as LGBT+, nearly 100% of which love Chick-Fil-A. I've only ever been thorough SAT once, but will avoid your airport in the future.
Baggage backlog for only three carousels doesn't make for a please experience, but otherwise the proximity to everything downtown is nice.

Norwegian Airlines is adding a nonstop flight to London-Gatwick from Austin. British Airways has a nonstop flight to London-Heathrow from Austin. Condor Airlines has a nonstop flight to Germany from Austin. How many nonstop flights to Europe operate out of SAT? Z E R O!! Perhaps a change of leadership is needed at SAT to get some nonstop flights to Europe!
The upgrades at the airport parking garage are great. Too bad the City Council voted down Chik-Fil-A.
Small, crowded, hot and a bit dirty. Also had a terrible experience with an American Airlines flight, and although that is mostly the airline's fault, the airport itself just seems unorganized and chaotic.
