Easy to maneuver. Friendly staff.
Horrible. Rude employees. Dread my return. Mainly due to the American Airlines priority check in staff. Need a class!
I have never had a more enjoyable experience picking up a passenger. Every airport employee we encountered said good morning and the hourly parking is the best in the country. Seriously, a 5 minute walk to baggage claim is unheard of. Keep it up!! So happy to call Military City, USA my hometown.
I enjoyed hanging out here- they have a Starbucks and the servers were very polite . Made us a fresh pot of coffee at 7:30 pm. Auntie Anne’s served coffee also, but we asked the worker to make coffee since they were out and she refused !! It was only 7:30- she still had an hour and a half before they closed. I should’ve reported her to the corporate office! She was rude.
You’re the worst airport. Every time I come here I’m yelled at and treated like a criminal. Give a person a TSA badge and he/she gets to treat people like criminals. If I was white or Hispanic would you be so bold and rude?
The car rental facility is only 1 year old, but is fantastic. With multiple 6 seat tables with multiple powered outlets per seat. Moving from arriving flight, to baggage claim and ground transportation was well designed and thought out.
This is a big city airport with a small town feel. I had lost my wallet on my trip to visit family. Great family by the way and 4 adorable grandchildren. I had no identification or credit card. Nothing. I explained my situation at airport and they brought TSA agent. Very efficient and let me board . Was good to be back in Texas the best state in the world.
Construction 🔨 construction that's why a don't rate the airport with 5 ⭐️ travel with Delta it's the best with other airlines no too good but I love San Antonio,TX so I don't complain every was on time we got our luggage really fast so we had an amazing trip
Recently traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, at all the airports we visited they provide luggage carts free of charge. They included Bangkok, Hong Kong and San Francisco airports. Here at my home airport they rip you off for 5$ for 10 minutes use, moving your luggage to the curb. Absolutely ridiculous.
