I am having to waiting an awful long time to get my eye-glasses through the VA process. On June 17, 2016, I went into the office (8410 Data Point, San Antonio TX) where they fill VA eye-wear prescriptions. I have been waiting 7 weeks and my glasses have not arrived. I was told I should receive them in 4 to 5 weeks. I had to wait almost 2 months just to get an eye exam.

Had an eye appointment that was cancelled from the clinic due to the doctor not being in. Was told I would receive a voucher for out patient care and now the clinic refused to give me one. Thanks data point eye clinic for screwing me over and having to wait longer for an appointment!

I was given excellent dental work by Dr. Schwartz and his assistant Diane. Dr. Schwartz took time to explain what he was going to do step by step and proceeded to do so as he performed his dental procedure. I was dreading the numbing injections but to my surprise I did not feel anything and all went well. I thank the VA dental clinic for their help to the veterans and for having such great doctors such as Dr. Schwartz. God bless America.

The experience I receive every time I visit is pretty easy, just get in on time then get out w/ no problems.

After playing call back with the eye clinic for 5 weeks i'm told that the drs. office will call me! Then I get another card telling me to call for and appt!! So I called again i'm told to call back in 5 days! in my records the Dr. stated must be seen Oct 2015! my eye meds run out this month! this is a lot of BULL-S!!! if you can't see us sent us to a civ Dr in town and stop all this. Write-email your Congressman NOW!
