Horrible service..... not a care in the world to have people waiting 2 hours for appointment made 2 months ago...... MISPLACED his folder so that’s “the excuse”. NOT ACCEPTABLE
RecommendedReceived excellent care at my annual eye exam this morning, from Dr Rivera and Dr Wentworth. Even as an intern, Dr Rivera is thorough, professional, and did an outstanding job. Her supervisor, Dr Wentworth, followed up with her, and also did a thorough job checking things out and discussing all my options. I would not hesitate to recommend both of them, and the VA Eye Clinic, to any of my fellow veterans. So grateful we have access to such great service.
Waiting an hour past my appointment...still here. Another reason the VA fails in patient care and treating Veterans with dignity and respect.
All is going good and soon I’ll get the other eye done.
Thanks for getting my teeth back in order. They do great work here. My dentist was Dr. Williams and his assistant was legit. My appointments were usually right on time. I have no complaints.
My appointment to the Eye Clinic was June 6 2017, I was told that it was going to take 6-8 weeks for the glasses to be mailed to me. Today September 6, I call to inquire about the delivery and was told that the glasses were NEVER ordered and that in fact I, the order that was put in was for orthopedic SHOES. WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU SPEAKING OF? I've never been to the VA for SHOES. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
