I was on hold today and was 7 in the que. An operator came on only heard that I was waiting for an eye clinic representative and they transferred me right back in the que now I’m 10 in line. Waited again got another operator he didn’t listen to me when I tried to explain my situation and he transferred me to dental. Needless to say I didn’t get the help I needed and all of the clinics closed 10 minutes before 1630. Yeah they care about us Veterans alright. 😡🤬
they've changed some of the customer service reps which has made the visits better.
I was approved to come in when my VA nurse called them. I arrive there atand the receptionist declined me and tell me if I want I can go to the ER. Very condescending and disrespectful attitude the receptionist did not believe my Nurse had called them.
I missed a call from the Eye Clinic a few weeks ago. I have been trying to reach the extension she left and never get an answer. When I call the clinic directly they tell they will leave a message for this person, never a return call.. Early last month I tried to schedule an appointment. The appointment I was given was for February 25th.. So much for fast service..
