They Always Come Through – I've only dealt with this store over the phone, but it's been great. I needed a lens and flash ASAP that was out of stock locally. The manager came through, matched website pricing and walked it through shipping so I'd get it on time. A week or so later, I needed a release cable that nobody had in stock and I had to do several shoots with long exposures. Again manager found a generic one and sent it to me. Great Help and Guidance – I walked in a bit bewildered not knowing what I was going to purchase but knew that it was time to go from film to digital...how I hate to part with my dear old friend the canon film camera. Couldn't Have Asked For More – My friend and I were helped by Jerry Salinas who was extremely knowledgeable but also able to speak in terms we could understand. He showed us 4 different cameras that had features we were looking for and gave a comprehensive explanation of the differences. He also gave us a quick overview of how to work the camera we finally chose. Plus, he took the time to set the date and time for us. Couldn't have asked for more.
My wife thinks I'm obsessed, but I call it just being very passionate about my hobby! I love to take pictures of everything! From our children to the tree on the side of the road, I love to take pictures! Samys is my one stop shop for everything I need. I got all my cameras here and everything else I've ever needed. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars!!!
