Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? I was having an issue and my regular urologist was out of town, and his partner couldn't see me for a few days. I called Dr. Spigelman, and he made time to see me the same day. He was terrific. He was friendly, helpful, thorough and seemed interested in me. He's not only a doctor, but he's a people person, as well. And even though he was going out of town the following week, he told his assistant to make sure she found time for me to have a follow up appt. before he left. Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely!
