BEWARE! Terrible Dr.! I broke my leg and after having trauma surgery in El Paso I was transferred to Good Samaritan rehab facility in Las Cruces. That's where I saw (1 time in 14 days as inpatient!) Samuel didn't read my post surgery care instructions, saw me @ 11pm. Didn't give me any pain mgmt meds, refused to transport me to my surgeon appt. (twice!) Samuel is the WORST Dr I have seen in my life of 72 yrs!, thank god I survived Samuel. She is NOT informed, very uncaring,rude,dismissive.BAD DR
I am new here and Rio Grande was recommended to my family for health care. I decided to choose Dr.Samuel and it was a horrible decision!!! My appointment was at 2:00PM. I arrived 30 minutes early & waited for my appointment for almost 4 hours. I was told that the doctor is working at the hospital and when she is done she will come here!!!! I canceled the appt and refused for her to see my daughter. Ethics comes before expert and knowledge. You are a doctor dealing with humans not machines.
