No show, no concern Dr. NO PATIENT/DOCTOR RAPPORT.Dr. Roset Samuel was on the board in my hospital room where I spent 2.5 days last week (Thurs-Sunday, 12-21 thru 12-23-2023) due a very severe and painful pancreatitis attack.Dr. Samuel never visited, never contacted me, never texted me, never emailed, and never sent me a paper mail message for my entire stay.I assume Dr. Samuel requested the MR/CP of my pancreas that was done on Friday, December 22, 2023 around 1:30PM. App was at 9:45 came 30 min early. It's now 11 am. I ask the nurse how much longer she'll be. Come to find out she's not even in the building. The nurse says she'll call and that she gets caught up at the hospital. Why are they scheduling appointments for when the doctor isn't even in the building.Talk about disrespecting peoples time.

I have been seeing Dr Samuels for many years and she is by far the Best Dr I have ever had... She see's me in the hospital all the time and has been very good with my health... I have a lot of things wrong with me and she is sure to see to my needs... Yes you have to wait a bit but she is very therough with all your needs, x-rays, medications ect... Her staff has always been respectful and very nice... They try to do the best for me... I am gratful for having her in my life...

Stay away from this office- they don’t have time for their patients- all they want is money- They collect copay and leave you waiting for hours for your appointment only to be told it needs to be rescheduled Mountainview is the devil

First appt was at 1:15PM arrived 30 minutes early did not she her till 5:30PM, thought it was a fluke. Second appt was a telehealth at 2:30PM, got the link and waited online until 5:15PM, she was a no show. Her nurse called at 9PM that night, I could get to the phone, she left a message saying she would call back shortly, it is now 11AM the next day, not a word from anyone. Take the 1 star reviews to heart and the 5 stars must be fake.

Apparently my 11am appointment is just a placeholder for when this doctor arrives back at the office at 4 or 430 in the afternoon. So, instead of telling me that I actually won't get a call at the right time, they make you sit and wait all day. Even had my intake phone call late without telling me that I won't hear anything for hours. All day just to get some xrays read....and it took 2 weeks for them to read them? I'm out.

I would Never recommend Dr. Samuel, she is So Unprofessional & Disrespectful to her patients time! It is typical to wait OVER 4 hours for your scheduled appointment. My last appointment, I paid a $30 co pay, then had to wait 4+ hours for her to tell me the Lab did not run the correct tests & I would have to have MORE blood drawn... no results to be given... no redund either! I opted for a Telehealth follow up, only to wait 5 hours past appointment time to be told she would not be available!! But yet, they still charged me $3... read more

I love her. It is true she’s a wait. But it’s worth it because she cares about her patience. She’s a doctor like I have ever met. She goes beyond medicine to heal you. I have never met a doctor like her. I think God that we have a doctor like her in New Mexico. She visited me every day I was in the hospital and it’s rare for Primary Care to do this. I can see why people go visit her
