She was 3 hours late past our appointment and there was no communication as why. She spent less than 15 minutes with me, never introduced herself, and cut me off every sentence. She grew prescriptions at me and when I said I didn’t want them. Never gave me a visit summary or called about blood test results. This office is poorly run and full of excuses. Save the trip and a second opinion and go somewhere else.
I once gave a five-star rating. I now give one star. Yes good help is worth waiting for. Dr Samuel has saved me a few times where and how medication is taken and when medication is taken when you take the medications I do. One of the reasons I changed doctors to see Dr Samuel it's because I couldn't find a doctor that would listen to me. And she did. Now it appears that she doesn't seems she doesn't appear to care. She was 2 hours late for our first appointment. Friends who had seen her warned me she frequently is 2-4 hours late for her clinic appointments because she is at the hospital.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and unavailable. She repeatedly excused herself from visiting my father in the hospital and didn't show her face for 5 days. She arrived immediately after we requested a change of physician and repeatedly attempted to pressure us into retaining her while making it clear that she had not even read his file. I needed a referral from a primary doctor to see a surgeon to have a known benign paploma in my breast removed. Dr. Samuel was 3 hours late for our appointment. She wasn't even on the building, she was at the hospital. When she finally arrived, she berated me for 'waiting so long' to do something about the lump in my breast. Uh, no. Hard working, kind and super smart doctor! She works around the clock for her patients. If you need a referral right away, she gets on the phone immediately to the other doctor to get you in. If you have to wait at your appt its because she takes her time with her patients and makes sure you are taken care of. If you don't want to wait, go to a doc in the box and be seen in 2 minutes and get a different doctor every time.
First time going with this doctor I ended up waiting about 2 hours for my results. Second time was much worse.Got tested for multiple things like covid,strep,and flu. A few hours after I got a message saying I would have a telehealth appointment at 5pm for my results. Got on telehealth at 5pm,then waited another hour,and another hour until it was past 7pm. No one told me anything and I was waiting there like an idiot.Got a call close to 9pm with my results. All in all,would not personally go back to this doctor.
I had a follow up appointment for an injury at 4:00PM and was expecting treatment. I arrived at 3:50PM and the staff shuffled me around exam rooms. The doctor did not come into the room until 6:05PM and I had to leave at 6:15PM for a school meeting. I told her I had to leave and was waiting for 2 hours which was unacceptable. My father passed away suddenly on December 23rd, 2023 and she has yet to sign the death certificate that is on her desk. My sister and I are in Tennessee and we have done everything in our power to get her to sign it. I cannot believe someone cannot take the time to sign a paper that is holding us up from getting our father cremated. This is ridiculous!!! It will be a month since he passed on Tuesday January 23rd.... I cannot believe how much trouble is to get a simple signature.
